1. Where do you deliver to, how long does it take, and how much does it cost me?

Here is a breakdown of our shipping costs:

Return shipping is always free for you. There are no  hidden costs.

1. How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped via DHL. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a tracking number from us via email, which you can use to track your package. Depending on where you live, you also have several options for managing your shipment with DHL:

• Preferred neighbor: here you can select your favorite neighbor in advance to whom you entrust your package.
• Preferred delivery date: Your package is arriving on Thursday, but you already know you won't be home? Then simply select a new preferred delivery date when you're sure to be home.
• Drop-off location: For drop-off location, you can specify that the delivery driver can leave your package at a location you have designated, without anyone having to accept the package.
• Evening delivery: In some regions of Germany, it is also possible to book an extra evening delivery (6-10 pm). However, this service must be paid for by DHL.

2. My delivery has disappeared - what can I do?

If you experience any problems with your delivery, please send us an email to Team@maniko-nails.de. Our team will find a solution to the problem as quickly as possible.

3. How does the return process work?

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, please let us know immediately. You can register your return via the following link and will then receive your return label by email – completely free of charge, of course!
